Category 6 ride led by Mike East

As general election fever takes an increasing hold on our lives, category 6 riders have reviewed its political stance. Rides take place "for the many, not the few' - as long as the many can fit in the cafe. Strong and stable? Cat 6 riders have the strength to manage a 30 mile ride at 11-12 miles an hour, and are stable enough not to fall off - well not too often. So as far the main parties are concerned, category 6 rides are politically neutral.
The many today numbered twelve, and made good progress to Buntingford. The clement weather resulted in an early arrival, requiring 7 minutes of chuffing about before the cafe opened. Once fed and watered, one went home - Paul lives in Buntingford. Four chose a longer route, and seven, desperate to read gossip about and see the pictures from the wedding of Pippa "Just about Managing" Middleton in the Sunday papers, sped back to Ware, arriving just after 1 pm having covered 33 miles.
