Wheelers' Sunday club runs resume

With the lock-down rules changing on Monday 29th March the rule of six will return. However, following negotiations between Sport England and the Government, organised outdoor sports will be exempt from this limit. Cycling UK has now issued new guidance to clubs and advise that we can resume club runs with up to 15 riders. Consequently we intend to resume club runs from Sunday 4th April.

Members have been informed that they must maintain social distancing and that the exemption to the rule of six applies only when riding on official club runs. Despite the absence of cafés at present we expect many of our members will be keen to resume their familiar Sunday schedule!
