PB for Richard as Nigel wins again

Nigel Hale, Karl Willis and Tony Marriott are second-placed team in the open event. Nigel is 3rd overall and 1st in the London North Event.

Spencer takes gold!

Brian Evans rode the Welwyn track league for the 2nd time this year and finished 4th in the scratch race.

Spencer and Brian rode the Victoria CC 10.2 2-Up Vet event on the E1/10a course on the B1383 out at Wendons Ambo. They finished 4th in a time of 25:30.

Well done Spencer Stratford, 7th place in the North Weald Handicap Series circuit race on 23rd June - in miserable weather.

A good evening with lots of fast times.

Steve Watson and Merv Player rode this event on the E2/10 course on the A11 in Cambridgeshire. Steve finished in 24:12, Merv in 24:59.
The event was won by someone called Alex Dowsett who rides for a Spanish team called Movistar. He seems to have been quite quick. His time of 17:20 being a new British 10-mile time trial competition record beating Michael Hutchinson’s previous mark of 17:45 set in 2012.

Richard Clark and Nigel Hale both smashed the Club records they posted last week.

David Daniels and Paul Stewart braved a blustery wind to compete in the Tuesday circuit races at North Weald.

On a near perfect evening on the F20, records were broken. We now have a new club 10, with Richard Clark breaking the long standing record of Brian Evans with a time of 20:29. Hot on his wheels was Nigel Hale who broke the Veteran 10 record with a time of 20:34.

Sorry the results are a bit late - I'm sure that I can invent an excuse! No stopping Nigel in his quest for world dominance.

Tony Marriott rode this hilly TT on a sporting course around Newgate Street.
